The driver may be the most visible part of a race team, but no car reaches the grid without the people behind it. Every race weekend is the result of preparation, coordination, engineering, logistics, coaching, photography, and tireless effort from a team that works long before the green flag and long after the checkered flag.
MGR Racing is built around that shared commitment. From race car preparation and trackside support to driver development, media production, and behind-the-scenes execution, every member of the team plays an essential role in helping us compete, improve, and tell the story of each event.
Manuel Gil del Real
Driver
As the driver of MGR Racing, Manuel brings the same competitive mindset that has shaped his business career to the racetrack: preparation, discipline, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of performance. Competing in the Porsche Sprint Challenge USA West requires focus, adaptability, and trust in the team around him.
For Manuel, racing is more than driving. It is a platform for performance, storytelling, business relationships, and the values that define both MGR Racing and MGR Consulting Group.
Christian Espino
Owner & Principal, Paradime Performance Engineering
Christian Espino is the owner and principal of Paradime Performance Engineering and one of the most important figures behind the MGR Racing program. The team relies on Christian and PPE for race car preparation, maintenance, logistics, technical support, parts coordination, repairs, and trackside execution before, during, and after every event.
His deep experience in the Porsche racing paddock, combined with strong relationships across other teams and Porsche Motorsport North America, allows MGR Racing to operate efficiently and professionally throughout the season. From preparation at the shop to problem-solving at the track, Christian ensures the team has the support and resources needed to compete with confidence.
Riley Giacomazzi
Driver Coach
Riley Giacomazzi is a Porsche Junior Program driver competing in Porsche Sprint Challenge North America and serves as driver coach for MGR Racing. Fast, naturally talented, and deeply knowledgeable, Riley plays a key role in helping extract more performance from both driver and car.
Throughout each event, Riley works closely with Manuel to review data, analyze onboard video, study track maps, and identify opportunities for improvement. His insight helps translate information into better decisions behind the wheel, allowing MGR Racing to continue improving in every session and every race.
Ethan
Crew Member
Ethan is part of the hands-on crew that keeps the race weekend moving. Energetic, focused, and always ready to jump in, he plays an important role in supporting the car, the driver, and the team throughout each event.
Race weekends are long, demanding, and constantly changing, but Ethan brings enthusiasm and reliability to every session. His attention to detail and willingness to do whatever is needed make him a valued part of the MGR Racing effort.
Johnny
Crew Member
Johnny brings energy, commitment, and a tireless work ethic to the MGR Racing crew. Whether preparing equipment, supporting the car between sessions, assisting with tires, or helping the team stay organized throughout the weekend, Johnny is always on the ball.
Motorsports rewards people who stay alert, work hard, and understand that every detail matters. Johnny brings that attitude to every race weekend.
Dash Springer
Photography & Video
Dash Springer helps capture the MGR Racing story from a perspective few people get to see. His photography and video work bring fans, clients, partners, and guests inside the race weekend experience without disrupting the natural rhythm of the team.
